We are a warm and welcoming Tunisian family, located just 10 minutes from Monastir Airport. Our passion for cooking and hospitality runs deep, and we love sharing the true essence of Tunisian culture through our homemade dishes, prepared with love and tradition.
Your culinary experience will be guided by Sondes, my loving mother, a passionate home cook and primary school teacher in her fifties. She has always expressed her love through food, creating memorable meals for family gatherings, birthdays, and weddings. With years of experience in Tunisian, Moroccan, French, and international cuisine, she masters the art of blending flavors and traditions.
Enjoy a home-cooked meal on our charming terrace, where you can savor dishes like couscous, briks, tajine, chakchouka, and authentic Tunisian pastries. Everything is prepared using traditional methods, passed down through generations, ensuring an authentic and heartwarming experience.

For this particular dish, we will prepare a traditional Tunisian couscous with your choice of meat, fish, octopus, chicken, or a vegetarian option. The couscous will be served with a carefully selected starter and dessert, all made with fresh, local ingredients. The meal will be prepared by my mother, Sondes, following authentic methods passed down through generations, ensuring an unforgettable and flavorful experience.
Guests will not only enjoy the meal but also have the chance to contribute by participating in the cooking process, learning how to make these traditional dishes together. The experience will take place in a warm, family-friendly atmosphere, either in our cozy home or on our charming terrace, where guests can truly experience the essence of Tunisian hospitality.
