I'm Mr. Tran, As a Vietnamese cuisine chef, worked in a professional environment with more than 10 years of experience working at a 5-star hotel, 3 years of experience in guiding guests to teach traditional Hoi An dishes at a 5-star hotel and 7 years of experience in opening a private class in a beautiful fishing village name Cam Thanh. I and my family will teach you how to combine traditional local dishes, how to choose fresh food and the combination of them together to make a difference of each dish.
What we will do
Chef pick up you at the hotel in Hoi An ancient town then visit a local market hear you learn how local people purchase their products and buy some ingredients will be used for cooking lessson later.
Transfer to our fishing village by car passing beautiful rice paddy field, going up to the Cua Dai river and heading for Bay Mau nipa (water coconut palm forest) grove where you can discover the daily life of the local fisherman there.
Catch a Bamboo basket boat trip into water coconut palm forest with local fisherman
Explore the water palm coconut paradise. Learning and sharing fishing experience with local fishermen by catching fish and purple crabs with unique fishing nets, make souvenirs with palm leaves.
Having a very interesting Cooking lesson at the local home, then enjoy a very delicious lunch or dinner with his family.
